Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
Loan Servicing Agreement
I invested money in a Real Estate Trust Deed. I signed a POA and a loan servicing agreement (LSA). There is no reference in the LSA that attaches this document to my particular Trust Deed that it is suppose to service.
My question is whether or not this LSA is a legal binding document?
Thank You
Bob

Re: Loan Servicing Agreement
I don't that this is your real question. Yes, if you signed it, it is binding. If you want to get out of the LSA because you are being charged too much or due to another reason, I would need to see the document.
