Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
Im a master distributor for a food product in the Las Vegas area. I have a contract protecting my territory so I am the only distributor who can sell these products in the territory. I recently have the opportunity to secure another master distributorship with a bother product. This company has sent me a contract that doesn't have much protection for me. What I need is a contract attorney to review my one contract that protects me well and amend the poorly protected contract to read more like the other one. What would be the price
