Re: non profit activity
If you wish to run a non-profit organization you must abide by various state and federal laws that provide rules about funding the non-profit. As a basic rule, you can use advertising revenue to fund a non-profit's operating expenses and salaries, if any. However, any unused funds may not be used in any profit or capital distribution to members or staff of the non-profit.
