Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
I have a online website which I have hosted one big advertiser's Ads/Banners on my website for about 3 years, but the problem is that I've just found out they did not approve me to host their Ads, and still I have put their Ad/Banner on my website for many years already, their Ad/Banner is on my index main page and it still works good and connects to their website when clicking on it. my website gets about 1000 pages views per month, they said they won't pay me since I was not approved by them, Do I have a case on them ?? It seems I have advertised for them for Free for the past few years without getting any compensation at all....?!

How did you not know you were not being paid for the banner ad? If they will not pay you, you should take down their ad. Why did you put it up in the first place?
