painting a home without a license
i went on a call for a paint estimate.when i arrived two men from the contractors board were posing as a customer.i gave a written estimate for1,495.00. i was issued a citation for illeagle conduct.my intent was to use another mans license.

You should get an attorney as this is a misdemeanor despite your intent to work with a contractor.

You can't just borrow someone else's license like you can borrow a hammer.
