Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
My partner and I own a company. We are both managers. But He appears in the corp. as an LLC company. I did a little research on the secretary of state web site, and that LLC company appears to be someone else. Am I on a fraudulent corporation?

Possibly. You need to look under your name to see if you are listed. Other than that, as far as the state of Nevada is concerned, you are not a manager of the LLC. You can still be a member because you would have to look at the books and records.
You may have to sue to dissolve the company if you are a victim of fraud.
