Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
Percentage of ownership in LLC
Is their a mandated formula for determining percentage of ownership in a LLC? We have three partners, two physicians and one anesthetist. Is there any reason there cannot be an unequal division of partnership? For example: Anesthetist 50%, each physician 25%?

Not only can you allocate ownership shares, but also tax benefits and other matters and they do not need to be the same. You will benefit, in the short and especially the long run from a good attorney. If you need, I can recommend several.
