Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
Product legality
Basically my question is this. Is it legal to make and sell a product that assists individuals in the concealed growing of marijuana? If you go to eBay and do a search for ''Stealth Hydroponics PC Case'' you'll see exactly what I'm referring to. Items like this are sold all over the internet but never do you see a pot plant in any pictures and the word marijuana is replaced by ''herb''. Is this a necessary way around selling such items or is it allowed?

I believe you can go to prison by advertising specifically for illegal drugs. Be smart and find something legal.
