Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
product misrepresentation
I reside in Nevada and purchased a stringed instrument from a company in Connecticut. The instrument arrived and, although in good condition, is not as it was represented on the company website. How do I file a small claims action against the company, which is 2500 miles away?

Re: product misrepresentation
You can file here but you will have to file another lawsuit to domesticate your Nevada lawsuit in Connecticut unless you know of a bank account here.
