Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
Protection from Registered Agent?
I have registered corporation in the State of Nevada. How I can be protected from change of my registration data (for example, the list of directors) by casual people or by my registered agent? We will assume that someone will change the list of directors of my corporation through the Secretary of Staff - by sending appropriate form by an e-mail or by post ''from my name''. Or my registered agent will send amendment for changes to the list of directors ''from my name''. How it is possible to be protected from such ''surprises''? Especially if registered agent has documents with my signature and probably photocopy of my driving licence...

Re: Protection from Registered Agent?
It is relatively quick and inexpensive to change your registered agent. Pick a reputable registered agent and you will not have these problems.
