What if we dont want to re-register a dissolve nevada llc anymore

You simply don't send in the annual list of managers and members with payment for the renewal. It will slip into "default" status, and after passage of time, it will become "revoked." Essentially, you just allow it to die a natural death if you do not wish to keep it current anymore. If, for some reason, you wish to end it right away, you can do so by filing a dissolution with the Secretary of State.
