If I wish to sell a Nevada Sole Proprietor Business which form would I use?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. You don't use a "form" to sell a business. You use an attorney to draw up an appropriate contract of sale. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
