Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
Similar business name
I have a compnay that has been in business for 3+ years. There is a new compnay that has opened with a very similar name.
Example:
Absolute Med Care
Absolute Medical
Is there anything legally that we can do to get the other compnay to change there name? Or some sort of letter that we can send to this compnay to advise them that the name is too close to ours and could be misconstrued as being the same company?
