Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
unpaid wages
As an hourly employee, I quit a position, but was countered with a termination. It has been more than a month and I am still owed over $11k, but have not been paid. Through an attorney, a demand letter was sent and no response. I can't afford to take this business to court, is there any alternative to make them pay up? My predecessor experienced the same situation and has not been paid. This business is a medical clinic. Thank you for your time.
