Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Nevada
In 2001, my dad lived in California before he was commissioned by her sister to move to Las Vegas and be the care taker of her home. There was a verbal agreement that my dad was gonna pay the bills/utilities in exchange for letting my dad stay in her home. Is that legal (my dad paying the utilities)? I've heard from other people that my dad can collect from his sister all the bills he had incurred during his stay at her home. In 2009, due to a family feud, the sister threw them out of her house.

I can think of now legally enforceable reason or method whereby, your father gets to stay in his daughter's home for months and then gets to charge her because he stayed there. So, even though there isn't a question mark in your 'question', the answer is No.
