Adult club survellince tape
A husband in Clark County Nevada found out that his wife was at an adult club. He acquired a video tape from the establishments survellince. What legal recourses would she have?

Her recourse would depend on how the film was acquired. If acquired by subpoena, or through other legal means, there would be no recourse.
Generally if a person goes into an establishment with a surveillance camera, the establishment can use that any way it sees fit to protect itself, but it can't use the tape for blackmail or other purposes. Here, it depends on the facts what recourse is available.
