Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Nevada
Battery of a minor
I witnessed a situation where an adult, in a fit of anger, grabbed a minor child by the top of the head, forcing the child's head up to look at the adult and told the child to be quiet. Could this constitute battery?

Re: Battery of a minor
If the adult was that childs parent then the action could be construed as the parents right to discipline their child.
If the adult did not have authority over the minor then the action could be.
