False arrest
I was arrested on false DUI charges
said charges have since been proven false, Q; can I pursue charges against the city for my having been falsely incarcerated?

Yes although the amount of the recovery will not be much unless you can show a number of very important facts such as a malice or malfeasance on the city's part. You should speak to a civil rights attorney who can give you a fair evaluation of your case.
Do not be suprised to have to pay a retainer in the five figures to find someone to take the case, many attorneys are chargeing to take these cases since the Supreme Court has reduced the amount of the awards for false arrest and imprisonment.
You should expect to get all or at least a greater portion of any win you may recoup.
