Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Nevada
I was given a finding of 'Probable Cause' for a claim I filed against a former employer and was told that I can get a "Right to Sue Notice' from the EEOC. I have tried to find an attorney through online sources to handle my case, with poor results. Can you recommend an experienced attorney with a successful trial record in arguing this type of claim?
