Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Nevada
Forgery
I lend money to my exboyfriend, 20K, he put a lien in his house for 24K last year, just found out he went and did a release of the lien and forgered my signature on the county records, what action can I take. He is a mortgage broker and had my information and copies of ids when he refinanced my home, he had a notary falsify the forged signature
