where can i find information on the federal guidline and law for a Hostile work inviorment and harrassment in the work place. Nevada is a right to work state but i need the federal rules

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is the federal agency which concerns itself with problems in the workplace. They are in the blue pages of your phone book.
Contact the EEOC for the appropriate sections of the law [Title VII] and for assistance in investigating your claim.
