Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Nevada
My husband, David, a maintenace tech at an apartment complex, recently reported his manager to OSHA about unsafe working conditions, Yesterday After receiveing the compliance letter from OSHA, the manager wrote David up threating to fire him if he doesnot cut his hair by Febuary first. In the last 4 years that David worked there his hair was always long and never an issue. He always keeps it tied back. What can he do? Maryann

Probably nothing. In right to work states, you can fire for something like that.
