is it legal for the cops to pull you over for a u-turn thats was legal to do just to ask you why you turn around, and then search your car. dont they need propable cause?

That is not legal and they do in fact need probable cause to stop a vehicle. You should speak to a lawyer or call the ACLU to find a lawyer who may be able to help.
