Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Nevada

I have a nieghbor who is always calling the police for no reason and telling them that there is abuse going on in my home.example today my son went in our area to find his son to come home for dinner,of course when you are calling for someone outside you are loud, the person called police and told them that my son pushed his son out of his truck in anger,the boy was not in the truck,when police came to my house with this complent there was nothing going on and my grandson was eating his dinner. this man sends police to my house serveral times a year for nothing all the other nieghbors no this is not true what can we do to have this person to mind his own business? we live in las vegas nv where most people are afaird of our police.

I can understand your frustration and annoyance. The problem is that people have a right to call the police. It is possible you could bring a lawsuit for nuisance, but you may lose as the Court would not want to violate their rights.
