Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Nevada
Right to obtain unlicensed legal counsel
I have a friend who is a self-learned expert in history, economics, quantum physics/mechanics and most of all constituional law. Would I not have the right to his representaion if I so chose?

Only licensed attorneys may represent others in court proceedings. Those unlicensed, regardless of their education or training, may not appear as a representative of others, paid or unpaid, in the courts of this country.
