I Got Screwed

I Was arrested for assualt and battery because my father had said i swung at him first.And I didnt even swing

He Had hit me in the face and threw me all over my room by my hair.All this was broght on by me not picking up a plate.

I have two witnesses and this was 1 week ago.I was wondering if I could press domestic volence and or assualt and battery and filling out a false police report. I had spent 24hrs in juvinille hall and am on house arrest and probation. This just isnt right. I cant stand for this.

If you have witnesses, then file a domestic violence complaint and consider asking for a personal protection order that requires him to continue supporting the family but move out of the house unti he gets some SUCCESSFUL anger management counseling.

You should have done so the first time he acted this way and saved yourself a lot of misery.
