Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Nevada

Here is the situation:

My husband I had a dog that attacked the next door neighbor about four months ago. The dog was in our yard and the boy hopped the fence and my dog attacked him and scratched his back. However, it was considered a bite and we went to court and they did not make us pay the bills and we have a note from her saying this and we already showed it to the judge and he let us go with a fine that would be dropped if the dog did not bite again within a year. However, just last week we went fishing and the dog bit a five year old girl in the face and she went to the hospital immediatley. While she was at the hospital my husband took the dog to the pound to be put down. The pound quaranteened her for fourteen days and then she is going to be put to sleep. That is what we wanted and what we did. In addition, we offered the family to pay the bill for her going into the hospital. The mother said " since you are going to pay the bill we will not press charges". So, everything was cool and we are ready to pay the bill and she has not pressed charges. Furthermore, our dog is up to date on all her shots. However, now we found our that she has been taking her daughter in to the emergancy room almost every day for a week and is talking about plastic surgery for her daughter. She had five stitches and was great out the door and told her to wash with warm water a few times a day. The second day she went back in saying it was infected. Ok, fine she needs the help, great we are all for it. Yet, she has been doing this a lot and now went in to get it lanced, which is to undo the stitches and clean it out. So, it made it bigger. Now she wants to make her daughter go in for plastic surgery. Furthermore, I can see paying for the bills and making sure it is not infected. But, going in almost every day for a week is a lot and a lot of money. It seems like she is trying to rake us and smile for it while her kid is tortured in the proccess. What should we do? What can we do? I know it is our fault and we agree to that and offered to do the right thing. But, this is rediclous. Please contact us as soon as possible Christena and Wesley Pritzkau.
