Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Nevada
A woman who works at a gym I recently canceled a membership at heard I said something about her that I did not. She is emailing me harrassing me, threatening to harm me and threatening to sue me for slander. Does she have any legal ground based on hear say? Can I take any legal action based on her email?

You could file for a Restraining Order against her in justice court. It will be up to the judge to determine if it should be granted.
