Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Nevada

Yesterday Feb. 23rd 2011, I was on the phone with my 17 year old daughter when someone was pounding on the door. so she went toward the door & the pounding had gotten heavier. Then shouting had begun. I heard a male yelling "open the door its the police... Come out with your hands up..." Continuous yelling & I could hear more than 2 or 3 officers. So I panicking sitting on the phone wondering what was going on. Finally my daughter comes back on the phone to tell me an officer wants to talk to me. So confused the officer takes the phone and accused me for harboring a fugitive. that 3 witnesses states he's been staying in my house. Short story version is that does cops have the right to terrify my 17 year old daughter, force her to exit the house, with her hands up, enter my dwelling with no warrant, commence to search my home, illegally question my child with no adult/ parent present, try to force her to talk by scaring her, no adult present with the child? That's not the bad part, they had guns drawn at her. There were 5-7 officers in my unit 2-3 at my front door & stairs, then my neighbor said there were more downstairs all vested up with guns ready. This is an issues I really need help with but I cant pay so if you could give me the free advice i would really appreciate it. My daughter is scared, she does not want to be alone & neither does my other daughter that found out after the incident. Im a single mother that needs to get help.... thank you if you are willing to help me with this matter & even though you may not help....

It's not clear who the police thought the fugitive was. Did they have the wrong address? Did they have the wrong person? If they come to arrest someone with the SWAT team, which is what it sounds like, they most likely had a warrant. If they were negligent, had the wrong address or person, or bad information, we may, just may, have a lawsuit. Google me and call that number please.
