Person threatening legal action to stay off his website
Basically I got banned from a Car club Message board for saying some unfavorable things towards a moderator....he then sends me the messages below.
Do I have anything to worry about...or can I keep posting there and the only thing he can do is ban me?
'' I will do everything I can to presue legal action against you if you do not stop visiting, viewing, or posting on my website.''
''So I'll just say please make sure you stay off the site, or I will have to take legal action. And in case you want to look up any laws... it is a private board, not public, so I have a LOT more legal rights when it comes to just these sort of situations than you might think.''

Internat stalking can be a crime. That includes following a person to a site or sites and collecting personal data about them. If it is his website, you would be well advised to stay away.
