Refused Brathalizer by Treatment Center Staff
I traveled to Las Vegas Nevada from Los Angeles to participate in a 12 Step function as a speaker. The event was held in a treatment center. I was put out of the treatment center because I refused to take a breathalizer test. I felt they violated my constitutional rights and attempted to invade my privacy. I was short of breath due to asthma as well. Were they right and could they make me take a test?

No, they can't make you take a test. They can refuse you the privilege of speaking at their event, but they can't make you take a test.
