Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Nevada
Security guards at work do random searches of woman's pocketbook. They do this in front of the public. This is embarassing. I have asked for these searches to be in private and by a woman seucrity guard as woman carry personal things in their pocketbooks and it is embarrassing when men search them. Also, if they ust search I do not want to look like a theif in from of the public so I have asked for searches to be done out of the public's veiw. They will not abide by any of my requests. What legal action can I take?
