Legal Question in Consumer Law in Nevada
binding contract
Hi,
We Bid on a car on Ebay from a local car dealership and won the item as described it is new with warranty and 30 miles since the dealer did not retract the car from the auction he is responsible for giving me the car for the price that it sold for am I right?
I looked into the contract that is a legal document sighned by the dealer so I am wanting to cover all the bases.
Hopefully someone can help me with this matter so when I go to pick up the car I know what I can and cant expect.
Thanks for any help on this matter,
T. Peacock
