Legal Question in Consumer Law in Nevada

Bird not allowed in hotel room
I have had permission in writing for the past two years to bring my pet dove with me when visiting this hotel in Nevada. This last trip the supervisor would not honor these letters. I argued with her for an hour being embarrassed and humiliated in front of strangers. Another lady told me to sneak the bird in and they would take care of it all in the morning. I had a miserable stay there and no one ever contacted me. I have since written to letters with no apology or response. Can I sue for any damages?

How were you damaged? How much money do you think a jury would award your bird for being insulted?
