I live in quebec and have a contract with someone in las vegas they have failed to rent my timesahre after one year as agreed and now refuse to contact me what do i do and how

You will need to sue. If it is under $7,500 U.S., you should probably do it in small claims. If you want to hire an attorney, I would charge a minimum of $1,500 retainer.
