Fraud generally involves intentional concealment & misrepresentation. Unclear to me if this is what happened (I mean you could have opened the hood to see the size of the engine). You may have a claim (breach of contract since you did not get what the contact said you were getting) but they may also have a defense (unintended error in the writing of the contract, the VIN number controls the deal, 6 cylinder was never a condition of the deal, you could have inspected the vehicle & found the error). If you show breach of contract unclear what damages you might get - perhaps void the contract & get your money back, minus something to the dealer for your use of the car or perhaps some reduction in the sale price if the 4 cylinder is worth less money.
