Co-signing on a car loan
I made the mistake of co-signing on a car loan for daughter (#1) - SHE made a written & notarized agreement with her sister (daughter #2) .. Daughter #2 now decided that she couldnt afford the payments, and the car needs some work - so daugher #2 said she wasnt going to make any more payments and just let the bank reposess the car - instead daughter #1 went and took the car back - now daughter #2 says she is going to sue ME & daughter #1 - since I didnt sign or agree to THEIR agreement, can she sue me!?

No. You were only the guarantor. Why would you have to agree to their agreement? The better question is why would a daughter sue her father?
