Judgment

My wife & I sold a small

claims judgment to Prime Judicial Systems Inc. In Las

Vegas Nev. for $1.00 in Dec.

04.We were to get 36.3% PJS to

get 63.7% Judgment Aprox.$4,000.00 Against a Ca.

Co.They have done nothing, we

would like judgment back now

they want $300.00 to get it

back.An E-Mail on 6,27,05. a David Miller stated that PJS

was not about to file the case in any other state or county unless they knew that

there are assests that could be seized to satisfy the judgment. He stated it would

be waste of time&money. I E-mailed Gary K.McBride Pres. That we would like to purchase

the judgment Back.I asked for

Forms & Actual Cost. He replied back to buy judgment

back the price is $300 until

Jan,07 After that date the price will be $400 for me being a nuiance. He stated PJS costs & expenses are a

private matter with our Co.&

will not be dislosed to us.

Would anyone pay a Statement

with out a Log? Legally PJS

ownes the Judgmet!Ransom?

Contract for Sale of Judgment

I could not intelligently advise you without seeing your contract with the company to whom you sold the judgment. For all I know, their analysis of the situation might be perfectly correct, i.e., that the judgment might be uncollectible due the defendant not having non-exempt assets, and that spending money to enforce it might be a waste at this point. I have no idea what your contract with them obligated them to do, if anything. When you tell me that you "sold" the judgment, my initial reaction is that they would now own it and you would have nothing further to say. If, on the other hand, you actually hired them as your attorney to collect your judgment, you may have have rights under either your employment contract or under the attorney's ethical code in that jurisdiction.
