Legal Question in Consumer Law in Nevada
Was sold a boat that was severely damaged
In April 2006 we purchased what was supposed to be a brand new boat from the dealership in Nevada. Later it was discovered that the boat had been badly damaged, improperly repaired and listed as new when it should have been sold as damaged. Boat was damaged during unloading at dealership. When dealer was contacted about this problem, they denied any responsibility, and offered no help. They did know about the damage when they sold it to us. What are my legal rights??
