Legal Question in Consumer Law in Nevada
Truck Title
I purchased a truck from Texas, the seller sent me a copy of the title prior to my paying for the truck. I had the truck shipped to Nevada. The seller say he has mailed the title to me but I have not received it , the USPS has no record of receiving this from the seller who purchase the postage via Paypal, the USPS was electroniclly notifed to expect the package but it was never scaned in at the USPS office in Texas. The seller refuses to get a duplicate title and say I don't understand how USPS works, It was 12 day ago the title was supossed to be mailed.

Re: Truck Title
You will have to sue him in Texas unless he is a dealer. If he is a dealer, you can probably file a complaint with the Texas DMV.
