Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada
I am "$3300. for a Blood Test" that you answered for me
last week.We are trying to Re-Fi our home for a better rate, when the Judgement was discovered.
The lender said they will put $2000. of the judgement into the loan if we came up with $1400. So we have the $1400. cash but the lender says they want proof of where the money came from. This is emergency, (under the mattress ) money that we had in the house. Can they make this demand?
