Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada
I have an attorney's office calling me on a bad check that i did not write intentionally. What are my options?

If you wrote it, you need to make it good. It is also a crime in Nevada to write an insufficient funds check.
I wanted to supplement my previous answer to add:
Writing or passing a fraudulent check to a Nevada-based business can be found in the Nevada Revised Statutes NRS. Under Nevada statutes whoever draws and passes a bad check is presumed to have intent to defraud when the check has been drawn on an account which does not exist, if he failed to pay the whoever held the bad check the full amount due plus any handling charges within five (5) days after receiving notice that the check was dishonored, or if the notice of refusal of payment sent to the maker - you - by registered or certified mail at an address printed or written on the check is returned because of non delivery; please see Nevada Revised Statutes 205.132, 597.960, 205.130, et seq.)
