Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada

Car repo

I had my car repo'd in March of this year..I was three months behind my fault completely...The question they never told me when they were going to sell it or why it sold for so little it was in great shape and almost brand new...Do I have to pay what they say I owe or do I have some recoarse??

They have to give you notice of the sale and sell it at a public auction but the problem is that they never sell for what they are worth.

Raise these defenses when you get sued.
