Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada
Which is better for your credit rating??
I am in debt by about $60,000 due to a number of problems, and I am on a fixed income from being disabled so all my income is non taxable. I can no longer keep up with all the payments. I am behind in a couple of payments; not all yet, but soon will be. I was wondering which is better in the long run for your credit; Bankruptcy, Debt reduction services, or Debt management services?

I believe it is better to file BK and get a fresh start as far as establishing new credit.
