Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada
I had a customer submit false information on her credit application about where she worked and lived. Can i reposses the car and can i keep the down payment especially since she put 2200 miles on the car?

No, unless you want to sue her, I don't believe her fraud alone allows repossession. You can sue her for the fraud and then repossess. The problem you have is the reliance requirement, you did not call and confirm her appointment and ask for proof of address, such as a driver's license.
