Garnishment of Corporation Assets

I have a personal judgement against me. Can the party garnish my corporate assets?

Yes. The shares of stock you own may be levied upon, as well as debts due you from the corporation. Other theories may involve "alter ego" and "fraudulent conveyance". See your attorney for more particulars.
