Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada

harassment

5 years my husband had a credit card problem they are trying to contact him now but my problem is they are calling my mom's cell number and we just got married 2 months ago. They will not tell me how they got the number and they call all hours of the night and day and are rude.They couldn't of got the number legally. what can I do

You need to hire an attorney. Your husband may have a statute of limitations defense to collection. Further, if you hire an attorney, he can require all further communications to be with the attorney.
