Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada
Hey I leave in Nevada 3 yrs ago my boyfriend at the time and I bought a motorcycle together it's register under his name and also his the co- borrower he has stopped paying it and he won't return it. Is there anything I can do to get the bike back and save myself from wage garnishment ?

You can sue him and get a court order to change title to the bike. You might win and you might not and it will be a difficult battle. Start with DMV see what they say about the state of title. You should have been on the title and the registration - that would give you some protection in a case like this. If you are not on title, it's going to be nearly impossible.
