Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada

If a judgement is filed against me, could my social security income be seized? The income is under $2,000.

Not though the Social Security Administration ("SSA"). However, you may have to obtain a Court order to protect funds from the SSA which are deposited in a bank account you own that the judgment creditor has the Sheriff levy upon for collection.
