Loan Violation

If I had a loan wiht a bank and went into default, and then the back called and told my family that I was past due and left a message for me saying that I was going to get my car repo'd what can I legally do against them?

If it was the bank who lent you the money and the bank that called, they did nothing wrong. Fair Debt Collection Practices Act only applies to people who collect for another or for a creditor. If you collect for your own debts, they can tell your family that you are past due.
